Evacuating from war is always a challenge. Evacuating while having a disability is even more challenging. But they got it done. 120 citizens of Ukraine found shelter in a hotel in the German town of Kelsterbach. In most families, a child or adult with a disability. During the visit to Germany, I was glad to visit Ukrainians. Heard from the co-workers the words of gratitude to the people of Germany for the warm welcome and herself thanked for this city and the general consulate of Ukraine in Frankfurt-on-Maine. Help is always a constant job: when Ukrainians first arrived, the local community provided wheelchairs to those who needed them, and now they need to be replaced. And, of course, everyone: and Arina from Kharkiv, and Natalie from Kiev--as soon as possible need victory and return to peaceful, safe, free Ukraine!
